Project Server 2010: Cumulative Update Agosto 2012

Este Cumulative Update inclui uma série de correções, mas a Microsoft recomenda que você teste em um ambiente de homologação baseado em seu ambiente de produção antes de efetivamente colocar em produção.

IMPORTANTE: Os pacotes consolidados tem vários updates, por isso é recomendado a instalação para que nenhuma dependência do Project Server fique desatualizada.

Instalação Cliente:

A instalação do patch no cliente é simples. As instruções para instalar o patch são:

OBS: A Microsoft recomenda que você teste no seu ambiente de homologação antes de instalar em produção.

  1. Baixe o hotfix
  2. Extraia o pacote, executando o arquivo exe.
  3. Execute o “.exe” extraído para aplicar o patch no seu cliente: Project Professional ou Standard 2010.

Sinta-se à-vontade para abrir um incidente de suporte em http://support.microsoft.com se você encontrar algum problema com a instalação

Nota: O SP3 como pré-requisito é válido a partir de Outubro de 2011 para os Cumulative Update do Project e Project Server 2007.

Os Cumulative Update para os Servers 2007 foram lançados em duas versões diferentes. A primeira versão é em pacotes individuais específicas para um determinado produto, como o WSS e o Project Server. Estes pacotes são menores, mas eles não incluem os pacotes de idioma ou patches de outros produtos, então os patches para esses outros produtos devem ser baixados e instalados separadamente.

A segunda versão são pacotes para os servidores. São dois pacotes Cumulative Update que contém todas as correções para o WSS, MOSS e Project Server. Estes pacotes devem ser usados quando o MOSS é parte da implantação e / ou você tem pacotes de idiomas instalados. O pacotes para servidor são maiores (~100MB cada), mas eles vão simplificar a implantação dos patches no MOSS.

Conforme postei agora a pouco, o time de Project anunciou o Project Ignite para treinar os clientes e parceiros na nova versão do Project, Project Server e Project Online. SharePoint Ignite

O programa Microsoft SharePoint Ignite foi criado para permitir que parceiros e clientes possam efetivamente implantar e administrar o novo SharePoint. O curso compreende formação técnica profunda. Com base na sua função, você tem a opção de escolher entre Profissionais de TI (4 dias) ou para Desenvolvedores (5 dias). O conteúdo do treinamento é uma mistura de apresentações de nível 300-400, bem como laboratórios práticos que representam a experiência do mundo real.

Como o conteúdo fornecido durante todo o curso é de 300-400, o mesmo exige uma grande experiência com as versões anteriores do produto para que o conteúdo seja valioso.

Erro 500 ao acessar algumas páginas de um site SharePoint

Ao acessar seu site SharePoint algumas páginas são exibidas normalmente mas ao clicar em um link para exibição de detalhes de um item de lista é exibida a mensagem

de erro abaixo:

 

Error Code: 500 Internal Server Error. The request was rejected by the HTTP filter. Contact the server administrator. (12217)

 

Este erro pode estar relacionado a algumas configurações da publicação externa do site.

Uma das opções para a publicação de sites SharePoint é o Microsoft Forefront TMG. Na versão 2010 do TMG clique em “Configure HTTP” após selecionar a publicação desejada conforme abaixo:

Na janela “Configure HTTP policy for rule” verifique se as opções “Verify normalization” e “Block high bit characters” estão DESMARCADAS. (Obs.: estas opções de filtros são utilizadas para identificar possíveis ataques a servidores web de acordo com caracteres específicos presentes na requisição. Mais informações disponíveis na documentação do produto).

Após a aplicação das alterações realizadas no TMG aguarde alguns instantes e verifique novamente o acesso aos endereços em seu site SharePoint.

Erro ao acessar Meu Perfil “Usuário não encontrado”

PROBLEMA:

Quando um usuário de SharePoint Server 2010 utiliza a opção de menu “Meu Perfil”

É exibida mensagem de erro “Usuário não encontrado”.

CAUSA:

A conta de usuário foi criada com alguns erros de ortografia e por isso foram necessárias algumas modificações na conta de usuário no AD. Uma das informações modificadas foi o login do usuário.

O usuário já havia navegado pelo portal antes da correção do login e por isso foi criada no site uma referência ao mesmo com o login antigo em /_catalogs/users/simple.aspx

Na listagem de usuários clique sobre o nome desejado para que sejam exibidas as informações detalhadas sobre a conta desejada:

SOLUÇÃO:

Executar o comando abaixo utilizando o SharePoint 2010 Management Shell para corrigir a conta de usuário no site:

 

$user = Get-SPUser -web http://my.website.url -Identity DomainA\UserA

Move-SPUser -IgnoreSID -Identity $user -NewAlias ‘DomainB\UserB’

 

Após executar os comandos, na tela de detalhes da conta do usuário o login deve ter sido alterado e o erro ao clicar na opção de menu “Meu Perfil” também deve estar resolvido.
